Day 01 :Bhagsu Nag - Triund (2850m) 9kms 4 hours walk. Acclimatization Phase
Day 02 : Triund - Khabrotu-Kunal Pathri - Upper Laka(3500m) ( 7kms 5 hours ) Acclimatization Phase
Day 03 : Upper Laka - Indrahar Pass (4250 m ) - Nag Dal(4000m) ( 6kms 6 to 7 hours )
Day 04 : Nag Dal - Chanderkup Lake(4200m)-Dham Ghori Pass(4330m)-Dhamghori Lake(4100m) - Chanderkup Lake ( 9 kms , 7 to 8 Hours walk)
Day 05 : Chandekup Lake - Lam Dal Lake - Kali Kund Lake - Ngara Dal Lake ( 5 kms 4 hours )
Day 06 : Ngara Dal - Minkiani Pass(4200m) - Kareri Dal (5kms 7 hours )
Day 07 : Kareri Lake - Kareri Village-Dharamshala 10 km 5 to 6 hours walk
